How can i add VisSim diagrams to the menu?

If I want to design my own submodels and then access them easily from the menu, how can I do it? How can I store it in a VisSim library?

From VisSim select Edit >

  • From VisSim select Edit > Preferences... > Menu Directories
  • Double click the "..."
  • Browse to the directory that contains your diagrams that you want in your library.
  • Uncheck "open as new file" if you want to add the diagram submodel to your existing diagram.
  • If you check "Include .vsm files in subdirectories", any subdirectories will be mirrored in the menu structure.
  • Click SET, then OK

When you restart VisSim from now on, the VisSim menus will be updated to reflect directory contents.
